Mr. Ma Yunsheng, as the main initiator, established Charity and Filial Piety Commonweal Foundation of LeAn ShanDong. Besides, Shandong Chambroad Holding Development Co., Ltd. was restructured to Shandong Chambroad Holdings Co., Ltd. Chambroad Lean Properties Co., Ltd. and Shandong Xintianhong Water Servive Co., Ltd. were also set up.
Shandong Chambroad New Energy Holding Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Chambroad’s sales revenue exceeding 10 billion yuan. The company also introduced Boxing County’s inaugural postdoctoral research workstation.
Shandong Qingyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. was established, and Chambroad Petrochemicals ascended to 37th place among the top 500 Chinese chemical enterprises.
Chambroad implemented the “Great Transformation” enterprise management reform.
Chambroad Group rebranded as Shandong Chambroad Holding Development Co., Ltd.

Boxing County Lubricating Grease Factory was restructured from a state-owned entity to a mixed-ownership enterprise, subsequently named Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. Shandong Chambroad Group and Chambroad Technology Development Center were established, with a corporate culture centered on “benevolence and filial piety”.
